Title: PM11 Project Modifications for Atlantic Community High

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $35,950.00. for Atlantic Community High School, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

Atlantic Community High School, Modernization Project #0862-8206

This Project Modification contains the following item:

COPR #1 in the amount of $35,950.00.
Description:  Funding of upgraded electronic school marquee sign.
Cause:  School District Requested.
Justification:  The digital marquee will enhance visibility of school events along major roadway.  Digital marquees will become standard for high schools and existing marquees will be replaced with digital ones as funding permits.

Financial Impact:

There is no financial impact to the overall Project's Budget.  Funding in the amount of $35,950 is being shifted from the FF&E line item to the Construction line item.

The source of funds is the FF&E budget which is part of the overall Project Budget.
