Title: CC4 Consultant Contract for Candace Lacey, PhD

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract  with Candace Lacey, PhD, for $18,750.00, effective July 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC4  The Consultant shall perform the following services: Consult with Safe Schools/Healthy Students staff in the development and implementation of the evaluation of the SOBEIT grant.  Activities shall include focus groups, staff surveys, quantitative and qualitative evaluations.  In addition the evaluator shall provide a comprehensive evaluation of the four funded years.
