Title: Description: In recognition that the leadership of a school has been found to be the single most significant factor in determining the success or failure of a school, the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, in partnership with Washington Mutual Bank, secured funding for the New Principals’ Training Institute. Funding was received for the second consecutive year and will provide training through 2006. The Institute supports the professional development and leadership training for new principals, with topics ranging from the practical to philosophical.
