PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To incorporate by reference the District's new procedures manual for minority/woman-owned business enterprise programs and small business enterprise programs.

SUMMARY: The Policy will incorporate by reference, in section (15), the District's procedures manual which provides more specific procedures for administering M/WBE and SBE programs.
