POLICY TITLE: Press Present at Board Meetings.

POLICY NUMBER: 2.05.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To clarify the types of meetings to which the press is invited.

SUMMARY: This revision clarifies that the press is welcome to attend all public hearings and meetings of the Board that are open under the Sunshine Law; deletes a redundant statement about the purpose of workshop meetings (which is now stated in Policy 1.03); updates statutory references.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative, must do so in writing within 21 days of the publication of this Notice.
