RULE TITLE: Contracts for Professional and Technical Consultative Services.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 2.51.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To repeal this Policy, which will be rendered obsolete or unnecessary because a concurrent revision of Policy 6.14 incorporates the substance of Policies 2.51 and 6.145.

SUMMARY: Repeals the Policy.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative, must do so in writing within 21 days of the publication of this Notice.
