PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To provide for informing employees and citizens of the needs of the District and the impact of proposed legislation.

SUMMARY: Sets forth the public educational purpose of using reasonably-budgeted District resources to disseminate information and invite community members and employees to support the Board’s position on a topic when contacting representatives outside of work hours.
