RULE NUMBER: Policy 2.63.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: A proposed suggestion-incentive program in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 1012.22(1)(g).

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To initiate a suggestion-incentive program for District employees, students, school volunteers, and advisory committee members who contribute outstanding and meritorious service. The program would provide nonmonetary awards pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 1012.22(1)(g) for outstanding and meritorious service and potential monetary incentives for procedures or ideas adopted by the Board which will result in eliminating or reducing expenditures or improving District or school center operations.
