RULE TITLE: Policy for Bargaining Unit Employees.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 3.01.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To clarify the language of the current Policy.

SUMMARY: Clarifies and explains that a provision of a collective bargaining agreement will prevail over a conflicting provision in a School Board Policy, although the Policies are otherwise applicable to all employees.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative, must do so in writing within 21 days of the publication of this Notice.
