RULE TITLE: Policy for Bargaining Unit Employees.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 3.01.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: When a provision of a collective bargaining agreement will prevail over a conflicting provision in a School Board Policy.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To clarify the current Policy language explaining when a provision of a collective bargaining agreement will prevail over a conflicting provision in a School Board Policy, although the Policies are otherwise applicable to all employees.
