RULE TITLE: Student Assignment.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 5.01.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Criteria for assignment of students through attendance boundaries, as well as various choice options.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Provides criteria for setting student attendance boundaries and sets forth the various choice options available to students in lieu of assignment by attendance boundaries; also makes the Policy consistent with the possibility that the Board could implement an updated controlled open enrollment plan pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 1002.31.
