SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Reporting violations of attendance requirements for the Learnfare program to the Department of Children and Families.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update the Policy to reflect current law and to facilitate having cooperative agreements with the Department of Children and Families pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 414.1251(3), to assist DCF with tracking students with habitual truancy or who have dropped out of school without good cause, or whose parent/guardian has not attended a school conference each semester as required by F.A.C. r. 65A-4.2131.
