RULE TITLE: Student Code of Conduct Terms.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 5.1811.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board adopted revisions to the Code of Conduct Policies, 5.1812 and 5.1813, on January 13, 2003. The executive summary for the revision of Policies 5.1812 and 5.1813 stated: "Once these policies are approved, then Policy 5.1811 - Student Code of Conduct Terms, will need to be updated to reflect the minor definitional changes and provide consistency between the policies." This revision also updates statutory citations and brings the definitions into conformity with the recent revisions to Policies 5.1812 and 5.1813.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative, must do so in writing within 21 days of the publication of this Notice.
