RULE TITLE: Errors And Omissions Policy Requirements For Architects And Engineers .

RULE NUMBER: Policy 7.065.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Guidelines for errors and omissions policy used by architects and engineers when providing services to the School District of Palm Beach County.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This new policy is being implemented to set forth the guidelines for terms to be included in the errors and omissions policy used by architects and engineers when providing services to the School District of Palm Beach County.

SPECIFIC RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: §§ 1001.41(2), Fla. Stat.

LAWS IMPLEMENTED: §§ 287.055; 1013.45(4); and 1013.48, Fla. Stat.
