RULE TITLE: Implementation of School Concurrency.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 7.133.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Minor revisions to implement amendments to the Interlocal Agreement for Concurrency.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The minor revisions in this Policy and three others in Chapter 7 are needed to implement amendments to the Interlocal Agreement for Concurrency, on which the required number of municipalities have recently signed off. Updates statutory citations; incorporates the concurrency fee schedule by reference; provides for up to two 6-month extensions of a Letter of Determination of Concurrency from the District to a residential developer, provided the District recieves documentation that the developer's application is progressing in good faith through the local government's review process.
