RULE TITLE: Level of Service.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 7.13.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The minor revisions to this Policy and three others in Chapter 7 are needed to implement amendments to the Interlocal Agreement for Concurrency, on which the required number of municipalities have recently signed off.

SUMMARY: Statutory citations are updated; a provision is added to minimize the movement of students from one school to another; and a clarification of the capacity measurement definition is added.
