RULE TITLE: Textbooks and Related Instructional Materials.

RULE NUMBER: Policy 8.122.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update procedures for adopting, purchasing, allocating, using, and disposing of textbooks and related materials.

SUMMARY: This proposed revision will include updates to the Policy to reflect the adoption of the new K-20 Education Code and the recent adoption of Policy 8.1225, regarding accountability for instructional materials, as well as incorporating portions of Directive 8.123.
