Ms. Burdick requested the following information regarding agenda item CC2 - Laluna Entertainment:

 

Request:     What is the school (students) receiving for $19,OOO.

 

Response:   Project Graduation - Olympic Heights High School  - The school has contracted with La Luna Entertainment.  The contract

is similar to last year's contract. There are 29 people who will be paid from La Luna.

 

The following are the events:

 

Phone Booth Money Machine with attendant

Electronic Bingo with 20 prizes and two attendants

One Ping Pong Table

One Pool Table

One Foosball Table

One Air Hockey Table

One 20K generator with junction box for game trailers

20' Mini Midway Trailer with 6 games, 144 prizes & three attendants

Bowler Roller Trailer with prizes & attendants

One DJ to play until 3:00 A.M.

Karaoke DJ until 3:00 A.M.

Mardi Gras chair with props for photo magic pictures/up to 200 guests

Hermit Derby Crab Races with attendant & 40 prizes (assorted hats)

One money wheel with attendant & 60 prizes (assorted hats)

One Balloon Maker

Twin Spin

Air Brush Art with choice of shirts, hats & license plates to run from 10:30 P.M. to 2:30 A.M.

Five Black Jack Tables with Chairs

Four Texas Hold Them Tables with Chairs
