Statements for the Period Ended

On January 17, 2006, the following information was requested by Board Member Sandra Richmond.

Question:	Why are all the reports clustered on this agenda, rather than one each month?

Response:	We wanted to present the FY 2005 CAFR before we presented any of the FY 2006 financials, following the protocol for financials.  This year it took longer because the Audit Committee decided to postpone the meeting to consider the Management Letter.
