   Motions:
   

   I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-024 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On September 30, 2005, student 05/06-X-024 was in possession of a knife while on the campus of John I. Leonard High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.	-	PASS

   I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-106 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On March 15, 2006, student 05/06-X-106 committed physical battery on a student/person and was in possession of other potentially dangerous items while on the campus of Roosevelt Community Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.

   I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-137 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On May 8, 2006, student 05/06-X- Committed battery/aggravated battery on School Board employee, threat of violence (high level), and disruption of school/disorderly conduct while on the campus of Lake Worth Community Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.	-	PASS
