Title: CP2 Contract for Walkway Canopy Bid

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the award of a Contract for Walkway Canopies to Walker Design & Construction Company in the amount of $2,239,459.

Description:

This project will consist of the design, fabrication, and installation of walkway canopies at twelve (12) school centers as follows:

Group 1 (North) Grove Park ES, Northmore ES, Washington ES and West Riviera ES

Group 2 (South)

Boynton Beach HS, Greenacres ES, South Grade ES and Woodlands MS

Group 3 (West)

Lakes Shore MS, Pahokee ES, Pioneer ES and Rosenwald ES

Financial Impact:

The financial impact is $2,239,459. various funds. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects
