I recommend the School Board approve Reduction of Retainage from 5% to 1% for Atlantic Community High School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Atlantic Community High School – Modernization Project #0862-8206

Description: On Atlantic Community High School, Modernization Project, the Contractor, Centex Rooney Construction, achieved Substantial Completion on August 9, 2005 and requested a Reduction in Retainage from 10% to 5%.  The District staff recommends this reduction.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
