Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve Reduction of Retainage from 5% to 0%, and approve Final Payment and ratify Final Acceptance for Jupiter Community High School, Stadium Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

 

Jupiter Community High School – Stadium Project #0081-8275

 

Description: The Project Architect, MPA Architects, has certified that Jupiter Community High School, Stadium Project, under contract with The Morganti Group, achieved Final Completion on January 4, 2005.

 

The General Contractor has requested, and the Architect and Staff have recommended, Final Payment and Final Acceptance.

 

  • Punch List items were Completed
  • Certification of Occupancy was Obtained
  • Closeout Documents were Received
  • Errors & Omissions did not Exceed 1%
  • Final M/WBE Participation Achieved: 26.13%

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
