Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-056

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-056 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 23, 2005, student 05/06-X-056 committed aggravated battery on a student while on the campus of Palm Beach Lakes Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
