Title: Recommendation: I recommend that all bids be rejected on Bid Number 06C-10B "Term Contract for Copies Fixed Cost per copy" and that this Board adopt as its Final Order, the Recommended Order of Administrative Law Judge, J.D. Parrish dated February 9, 2006. Description: CopyCo Protest of Bid 06C-10B Bid 06C-10B Term Contract for Copiers on a Fixed Cost Per Copy was evaluated in accordance with Purchasing procedures and IKON was recommended for award. CopyCo protested this recommendation. Said issue was not resolved by the informal hearing and was sent to the State of Florida Administrative Hearings for resolution as required by Subsection 120.57 (1) (k) Florida Statutes. The recommended order is to reject all bids. Transcript of the day long hearing and all other depositions and exhibits are available in the Board office for your review.
