Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-026

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-026 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On October 28, 2004, student 04/05-X-026 was in possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and/or distribute and in possession of drug paraphernalia.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
