Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-070

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-070 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On December 9, 2004, student 04/05-X-070 was in possession of a pellet gun.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
