Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-081

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-081from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On October 4, 2004, student 04/05-X-081 sold and/or distributed marijuana to an undercover officer.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
