Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-087

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-087 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On February 1, 2005, student 04/05-X-087 was in possession of a dangerous item; committed a threat of violence, high level; and committed physical battery of a student/person.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
