Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-062

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-062 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On January 11, 2005, student 04/05-X-062 committed high-level threat of violence.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
