Recommendation:
I recommend renewal of a Continuing Contract to Mactec Engineering and Consulting, Inc. to manage a district wide roof evaluation & replacement program, Project No:  9102-8911 from March 11, 2005 through March 10, 2006 for a second term.

Description:

Manage a district wide roof evaluation & replacement program.

Approved Budget:  $200,000

Minority Participation: 25%

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is from various funds estimated at $200,000.  The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
