H.L. Watkins Middle School, Modernization Project #0121-8263

On H.L. Watkins Middle School, the Contractor, W.G. Mills, Inc., achieved Substantial Completion on January 8, 2005, for Phase 1 and requested a Reduction of Retainage from 10% to 5%; the Architect and District staff recommends this reduction.

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
