Title: PM2 Educational Specification for Glades Central High Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the Educational specification for the Academy Programs modification of Glades Central High School and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.
Description: Glades Central High School
1. The modification of Glades Central High School is scheduled to commence 2005 and be completed by 2006 according to the Board-adopted FY 2005 - FY 2009 Five-Year Plan.
2. The educational specification for Glades Central High School is consistent with the CSR facility lists and CSR generic educational specifications approved by the Board on November 8, 2004.
3. This project will include 164 "CSR" student stations.
4. The existing facilities will be analyzed by the project architect to determine appropriate usage of the site and buildings for necessary renovations and remodeling to meet SREF size standards, ADA requirements and other code issues.
5. The Educational Specification was reviewed and approved by the Principal.
Financial Impact:
Financial impact will be determined when construction contract is negotiated.
