Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for The Efficacy Institute, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contracts with The Efficacy Institute, Inc. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC2  The Consultant shall perform the following services: Consultant will present numerous breakout sessions on efficacy in the classroom and at the administrative level at the 5th Annual Single School Culture Conference.

Authorized Amount this Request: $10,000.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $3,900.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $13,900.00
