Title: CC8 Consultant Contract for John Enger

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contracts with John Enger and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC8  The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide objective analysis of FACE IT (Families Acting Collaboratively to Educate and Involve Teens) materials and data to facilitate Phase I of the 5-year process to be listed on the National Registry of Effective and Proven Programs under the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration.

Financial Impact:

Authorized Amount this Request: $12,000.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $7,500.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $19,500.00
