Title: AC5-Service Agreement for the Foster Grandparent Program

Recommendation:
Approve contract for a term of 62 1/2 months (April 19, 2006 until June 30, 2011)

Description: Agreement between the Area Agency on Aging and the School District of Palm Beach County to allow the Foster Grandparent Program into the schools to benefit the students of Palm Beach County.

Financial Impact:
$20,000.00 per year through June 30, 2011
