- Justification: All work was completed per the contract documents and specifications. Credit resulted from unused contingency and buy-out savings.

Description: The Project Architect, Zyscovich Inc., has certified that S.D. Spady Elementary School, under contract with C.R. Klewin Construction, achieved Final Completion on February 17, 2006.
The General Contractor has requested, and the Architect and Staff have recommended, Final Payment and Final Acceptance.
