Title: School Library Media Month April 2006

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board adopt the proclamation recognizing April 2006 as School Library Media Month.

Description: Each year Florida school districts and citizens celebrate School Library Media Month to highlight the services, programs and resources provided by school library media centers.  The celebratory month also provides opportunities in Palm Beach County and across the state for highlighting school library media services contributions to improving the quality of education.
