Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-044

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-044 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 30, 2005, student 05/06-X-044 was in possession of other potentially dangerous items (pellet gun) and drugs/imitation/prescription while on the campus of Park Vista Community High.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
