Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-060

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-060 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On December 16, 2005, student 05/06-X-060 was in possession of a knife and disruption of school while on the campus of Intensive Transition North.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
