Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-071

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-071 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 8, 2005, student 05/06-X-071 was charged with reckless vehicle use, trespassing and battery/aggravated battery on School Board Employee while on the campus of Lake Worth Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
