Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-073

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-073 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On January 23, 2006, student 05/06-X-073 committed aggravated battery while on the campus of Lantana Middle Community School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
