Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-075

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-075 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On February 14, 2006, student 05/06-X-075 was in possession of drugs/imitation drugs (2^nd possession; 1^st possession on January 31, 2006) while on the campus of Jupiter Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
