Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-092

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-092 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On February 17, 2006, student 05/06-X-092 was in possession of a knife while on the campus of Park Vista High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
