I recommend the School Board approve Reduction of Retainage from 10% to 1% for Palm Beach Public School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Palm Beach Public School – Modernization Project #0421-8221

  

Description: On Palm Beach Public School, the Contractor, Suffolk Construction, achieved Substantial Completion on October 23, 2005, and requested a Reduction in Retainage from 10% to 1%.  The District staff recommends this reduction.

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
