I recommend the School Board approve Reduction of Retainage from 10% to 1% for U.B. Kinsey Elementary School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

U.B. Kinsey Elementary School – Modernization Project #0361-8265 

Description: On U.B. Kinsey Elementary School, the Contractor, C.R. Klewin, achieved Substantial Completion on August 9, 2005, and requested a Reduction in Retainage from 10% to 1%.  The District staff recommends this reduction.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
