I recommend the School Board approve Reduction of Retainage from 10% to 5% for West Boca Raton Community High School, Building #12 Build-out Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

West Boca Raton Community High School – Building #12 Build-out Project #3251‑7515

Description: On West Boca Raton Community High School, Building #12 Build-out Project, the Contractor, James B. Pirtle, achieved Substantial Completion on August 9, 2005 and requested a Reduction in Retainage from 10% to 5%.  The District staff recommends this reduction.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $0.00.
