Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $353,827.00 for Forest Hill Community High School, Modernization Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

 

Forest Hill Community High School Modernization Project #0581-8215

  

This project modification contains the following item:

 

§        COPR #3 in the amount of $353,827.00

§        Description: Hurricane Frances and Jeanne repairs.

§        Cause: School District Requested.

§        Justification: Repairs required for safety and occupancy caused by Hurricane Frances and Jeanne which were not the responsibility of the Construction Manager.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $353,827.00.

 

The source of funds is Hurricane Contingency fund for Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne.
