Title: Approval of Termination of the Contract with Riviera Beach Academy

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board approve the immediate termination effective at the close of business on April 5, 2006, of the Contract between the Riviera Beach Academy and the School Board of Palm Beach County due to Health, Safety and Welfare reasons, i.e. failure to maintain insurance, as provided for in the contract dated December 14, 2005.
