Title: CC10 Consultant Contract for William C. Hazelton, Jr.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with William C. Hazelton, Jr. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC10 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide on-site/off-site technical assistance to members of the Information Technology and Purchasing Department in developing the strategies and plan necessary for assistance in the development of the new cellular service RFP.  This includes construction of Plan Pricing Comparison Guides and an evaluation instrument for E-Rate compliance.

Authorized Amount this Request:  $10,000.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:  $9,850.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval:  $19,850.00
